The thermal effect of the solid laser seriously restricts its application.Starting from practical application,the effect of the main geometrical parameters of heat sink on cooling effect is compared and analyzed by numerical simulation,including the thickness of the base,fin height,fin width,fin spacing.At the same time,the cooling capacity is also analyzed at the different fluxes.The results indicate that the cooling capacity will be improved by optimizing the heat sink geometry parameters and selecting appropriate flux.
