    摘要:

    随着红外探测技术的快速发展,高精度面源黑体辐射源作为辐射计量的校准装置,近年来其需求越来越广泛,对黑体辐射源的温度精度,温度稳定性,温度均匀性和可靠性要求也越来越高。本文从黑体辐射源的理论依据、工作原理以及研制过程和影响因素作了详细阐述,通过样机的研制和试验积累了丰富的经验,达到了技术参数的规定和要求,优化了设计。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of infrared-detection technology,high-precision area blackbody radiation source as a calibration device for radiation measurement has become more popular in recent years. The temperature accuracy,temperature stability,temperature uniformity and reliability requirements are getting higher and higher. In this paper,the theoretical basis,working principle,development process and influencing factors of blackbody radiation source are elaborately studied. Through the research and experiment of prototype,we have accumulated rich experience,reached the requirements of technical parameters,and optimized the design.
