    摘要:

    换流阀是特高压直流换流站中的核心设备,其关键部件的可靠性关系到整个输电系统的稳定运行。对红外测温技术理论进行研究,结合换流阀运行的环境特点,提出适用于换流阀关键部件的红外测温算法。对具有不同材质和不同红外辐射度的换流阀部件进行红外测温实验,获取红外测温算法中参数的不同取值,并对其测温准确性进行验证。最后,采用激光供能技术,完成对红外测温装置的设计以及红外成像效果验证。

    Abstract:

    Converter valve is the core equipment of UHVDC converter station,and the reliability of its key components is related to the stable operation of the whole transmission system.By studying the theory of infrared temperature measurement technology and combining the environmental characteristics of converter valve,an infrared temperature measuring algorithm suitable for the key components of converter valve is proposed.The infrared temperature measurement experiments are carried out for the valve components with different materials and different infrared radiation levels.The different values of the parameters in the infrared temperature measurement algorithm are obtained,and the accuracy of temperature measurement is verified.Finally,the design of infrared temperature measurement device and infrared imaging effect verification are completed by using laser energy supply technology.
