    摘要:

    视觉-线结构光组合测量技术作为一种非接触测量手段,在轨道的安全性检测方面具有十分重要的研究意义。针对常规轨检设备存在的结构复杂和图像处理难度大等问题,本文设计了一种更为简捷有效的轨道检测装置系统。从视觉-结构光系统的轨道测量原理入手,介绍了结构光系统的三维测量方法、异向轨道的结构光模型统一、线条处理和轨距计算方法,并通过实验获得检测系统的相关参数。通过80组轨距测量数据进行验证,结果表明:最大误差为0.96 mm,均方根误差为0.56 mm,测量精度达到毫米级。此技术装置可有效满足一般的轨道检测需求。

    Abstract:

    As a non-contact measurement method,the vision-linear structured light’s combination measurement technology is very great significant in the track detection.In order to solve the problems of complex structure and difficult image processing of the conventional track detection equipment,a more simple and effective detection system is designed in this paper.Based on the theory of track detection of vision-structured light system,the 3D measurement method of structured light system,the unification of structured light models on different tracks’ directions,the method of line processing and rail gauge calculation are introduced.The relevant parameters of the detection system were obtained through experiments.80 sets of gauge measurement data showed that,the system’s maximum error is 0.96 mm,the root mean square error is 0.56 mm,and the measurement accuracy reaches the millimeter level.So,the system can meet the requirement of general track detection effectively.
