Abstract:In order to effectively improve the operational application level of infrared warning reconnaissance equipment,the operational effectiveness evaluation of the warfield(vehicle mounted) infrared warning reconnaissance equipment is mainly studied.Firstly,the working principle of infrared warning reconnaissance equipment is analyzed,establishment of weapon equipment operational effectiveness evaluation system is established based on the basic principle,and a two-tier index system with detection capability,capture capability and tracking capability is established.Secondly,by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Delphi method and fuzzy mathematics theoryand other theories,an applicable evaluation method forinfrared reconnaissance alarm equipment operational effectivenessis proposed,and based on the sample matrix and the weight coefficient,an evaluationmodel is established.Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The calculation results show that the method can be used for the demonstration of the IR warning equipment design in the army,and can also be used to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the actual equipment.
