    摘要:

    针对激光作用于含有冷却系统的方片Nd∶YAG激光晶体的工作特性,设计了与之相应的热传导数学物理模型,根据数学物理方法,结合初始条件与含有空气热交换系数的第三类边界条件,对激光作用与Nd∶YAG晶体材料的传热模型,利用贝塞尔函数以及超越方程等知识进行了求解,得出了LD端面泵浦方片Nd∶YAG激光晶体的温度场解析解表达式。利用晶体热形变与温度场的关系,计算出工作物质的热形变表达式。定义并计算了方片Nd∶YAG晶体的温场和热形变分布。同时分析了空气热交换系数等影响因子对晶体热形变的影响。推算模拟分析结论对固体激光器的设计与应用具有借鉴参考意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the working characteristics of Nd∶YAG laser crystal with cooling system,mathematical physical model of heat conduction was designed.According to the mathematical physics method,the initial condition and the third boundary condition with air heat exchange coefficient,the heat transfer model of Nd∶YAG crystal material by using the knowledge of Bessel function and transcendental equation was solved,and the analytical solution expression of Nd∶YAG laser crystal temperature field was obtained.Based on the relationship between crystal thermal deformation and temperature field,the thermal deformation expression of working material was calculated .The temperature field and thermal deformation distribution of square Nd∶YAG crystals were defined and calculated.The influence of air heat exchange coefficient and other factors on the thermal deformation of crystal were analyzed.The simulation results are useful for the design and application of solid-state lasers.
