Employing the extrapolated boundary condition, according to the diffusion equation,we give the solution of Green’s function of the diffuse equations of a three-layered matching medium in frequency domain. Through Fourier transform,we can compute the time-resolved reflectance. In order to test our theory,we compare the time-resolved reflectance between the solution of three-layered matching media diffusion equation and Monte-Carle simulation, and find the time-resolved reflectance of three-layered matchingmedia diffusion equation not only accordswith the monte-Carle simulation but alse accords with conclusion of A. Kienle. The solution can still solve the proplems of a two-layered turbid media model and a semi-infinite mediuin photon migration model.
