The selection of materials ,design and deposition of double waveband(3~5μm and 8~12μm) infrared antireflection on Ge substrate by ion beam assisted deposition are reported. Proposes a new method of coating Diamond-like carbon film by pulsed vacuum-arc plasma deposition as a protective film for double waveband IR AR ,and discusses the change of spectrum characteristics of double waveband IR AR after being coated with a thin DLC protective film.
