文中对多元多光谱红外探测器系统响应波段外激光的辐照效应进行了深入的实验研 究并对实验结果进行了分析。以1. 06μm 激光辐照三元光导型碲镉汞探测器系统的实验为例,说明了系统响应波段外激光辐照效应的实验规律。实验结果发现:探测器对系统响应波段以外的激光仍有响应信号,但响应规律与对波段内激光的响应不同,出现新的现象。研究表明: Ge 窗口被激光加热是导致探测器输出信号的根本原因,信号输出曲线由探测器的电阻~温度特性决定。
Abstract:
In the paper the interaction mechanism was studied when multiunit and multispectrum detector system is irradiated by laser which is out of system wave band. For example , 1. 06μm laser was applied to detector system of three PC HgCdTe units , and unlike laser which is in system wave band , some new phenomena are found. Researches indicate that Ge window heated by laser is the ultimate reason that induces signal output of detector , and signal output curves of detector lie on resistance trait of detector when temperature of detector is changed.
