According to the practical need of infrared surveillance system , the predigest model of infrared radiation feature of missile and aircraft observed directly is erected under the complicated background of sea and sky in the paper. The numerical value of infrared radiation feature of representative target is calculated in theory. The affection of background radiation to target radiation is analyzed in the end.
