Abstract:The influences of ratio of infrared composition Mg4Al3 /PTFE on the combustion speed, emission intensity and special emission energy are introduced in this paper. It is found by the experiments that the mid2infrared and farinfrared emission intensity are the largestwhen the ratio ofMg4Al3 and PTFE is 70∶30, and the special emission energy is the largestwhen the quality ofMg4Al3 is between 40% ~50%. The combustion speed is enhanced rap idly along with the increase ofMg4Al3. The thermal diffusion constant is the important factor that affects combustion speed, and carbon and Al4C3 are the p rimary substances that affects infrared emission intensity.
