研制成功用于分离同位素的双波长TEA CO2 激光器,该器件在放电电极之间空间部分重叠设计两个互相相关的光栅一平面腔,两个光栅一前一后,在空间上部分重叠,它们互相利用。此器件能够同步输出波长不同但空间重叠的两束激光脉冲,两波长在很广范围内独立可调,两个波长的能量比可很好调节,经过放大级后总能量已经高于2J。文章在阐述了此器件的构造基础上,分析了激光器的输出特性,测出了双波长脉冲的输出波形,最后进行了分离实验,验证了此激光器的可行性。
Abstract:
A dual-wavelength tunable TEA CO2 laser suitable for isotope separation was developed , which can generate two differentwavelength space-overlapped laser pulses. The output energy exceeds 2J. The two wavelengths are tunable respectively. The energy p roportion of the two wavelengths is tunable. In this paper, the TEA CO2 laser’s designing and structure characteristic are p rovided, the output characteristics are analyzed. At the last, we obtain the output waveform.
