With the random facetmodel, the directional reflectance ratio of the sea surface is analyzed theoretically. The special distribution of the reflection on the seawater surface is simulated numerically under various typical circumstances. It shows the total reflection is comparatively low, generally about 1% ~6% , but increases rap idly with incident angle when the incident angle is greater than 60°. Under the circumstance that the wind speed is between 1~14m / s and the incident angle is 30°, the directional reflectance ratio is quite big in the solid angle of 0.1~0. 48 sr.
