Abstract:50 normalwomen ( the control group ) and 33 cases of early intrauterine pregnancy women ( E IP group ) were measured by use of infrared thermography examination of pelvic and breast. In uterus area, the characteristic of infrared thermography ( IT) of EIP group was lump hyperthermia area, its temperature was 0. 35 ±0. 17℃ different from that of peripheral tissues, and the temperature difference ( TD) was significantly higher than that ( 0. 04 ±0. 10℃) in the control group ( P < 0. 01) ; in appendix area, the characteristic of IT in EIP group disp layed strip shape hyperthermia area, and TD was 0. 39 ±0. 23℃, which was obviously higher than that (0. 63 ±0. 06℃) in the control group ( P < 0. 05) ; in breast area, the characteristic of IT in EIP group was heat drain shape, and TD was 0. 63 ±0. 06℃, which is distinctively higher than that (- 0. 14 ±0. 30℃) in the control group ( P < 0. 01). IT has clinical value for clinical diagnosis of early pregnancy, without radioactivity and damage to fetus and gravida, so it plays an important roles in excellent birth and forester.
