This paper simp ly analyses the characteristic and advantage of DSP & FPGA FLASH system, and recom-mends the real time image memory system based on an examp le of high resolution aviation disital camera, puts forward several key problems such as global colck and data alternation, and finally gives full and accurate analysis and settle project.
