Aiming at the problems of vagueness and uncertaintywhen processing an image, a kind of image enhance-ment processing algorithm for visual property is brought forward based on fuzzy sets and general fuzzy operator. The analysis of the algorithm shows that local regions of the image are enhanced by using the concept of the fuzzy contrast to make image clearer. Experimentswere conducted on real pictures, and the results show that the approach presented here performswell.
