高能激光器抗失调谐振腔的输出特性

    摘要:

    在脉冲TEA CO2 激光器中采用角隅反射镜作为全反镜,平行平面镜作为输出镜组成新型激光谐振腔。本文重点研究了角隅谐振腔气体激光器的抗失调特性,并与平凹腔气体激光器进行了对比。在平面输出镜失调角同为6角分时,实验结果表明若平凹腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量下降47% ,角隅腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量仅下降8%,且近场光斑光强分布没有明显变化。当砷化镓输出镜透过率分别为71%、40%和30%时,角隅腔激光器的单脉冲输出能量分别为6. 46J、4. 6J和3. 4J。使用模式仪测量,其结果表明:角隅腔激光器近场光强分布均匀。

    Abstract:

    The corner cube mirror cavity consists of a corner cube mirror as the totally reflectingmirror and a parallel flat partially reflectingmirror as the outputmirror . When the outputmirrorwas deflected and the misalignment angle turned to 6′, the experiment results indicated that the single-pulse output energy of the plane-concave cavity laser unit decreased 47% , the single-pulse output energy of the corner cube cavity decreased 8% , and the near-field thermal paper beam patterns of the corner cube cavity laser had little change. When the transmission capability of the GaAs output plane mirrorwere 71% , 40% and 30% respectively, the single-pulse energy of the corner-cube cavity laser were 6. 46J, 4. 6J and 3. 4J respectively. The analytical results of the mode instrument showed that the near-field beam intensity distribution of the plane-corner cube mirror cavity laserwas uniform.
