An optical coherence tomography (OCT) system with center wavelength of 830nm is designed. The Fou-rier-domain optical delay line with the scan depth of 3mm is used in the system.The experimental results demonstrate that the system can achieve an axial resolution of 16μm and lateral resolution of 18μm. The OCT images of the normal and turbid cornea mouse-eye-forepart are achieved experimentally byusing this system.
