Abstract:A compact 1064nm Mie Scattering Lidarworking with immediate detection is introduced. The processes of designing, machining, constructing, assembling and debugging the demonstration system of CompactMie Scattering Lidar are described in detail. The control circuit of signal collection is solved, and the lidar′s synchronization of receiving and transmitting is realized. The experimental results indicate that the geometric overlap factor is reliable and its calibration error is 0. 00143. This also indicates that the system′s designing, assembling and debugging are reasonable.
