保温层受潮和部分损坏对蒸汽管道传热的影响

    摘要:

    采用有限元方法计算了蒸汽管道保温层受潮后的温度场分布以及保温层外表面温度和传热损失随保温层受潮厚度的变化趋势,发现取定保温材料后,当受潮厚度达到50 %时,温度就会超标。进一步计算了保温层破损时的温度场分布和外表面温升与破损厚度的关系,并用红外热成像图进行了验证。本文可为红外热成像诊断保温层提供依据。

    Abstract:

    The temperature field and the relation between surface temperature of the insulation layer and its damped thickness are calculated by finite element method. The results indicate that for a heat insulation material the surface temperature and heat losing of pipeline will increase with its damped insulation layer thickness increase ,and it will exceed permissibility when the thickness reaches its 50 %. At last ,the temperature field of ship steam pipeline caused by mangled heat insulation layer and the relations between the surface temperature increase and the flawed thickness are calculated ,and those are validated by infrared imaging picture. The gist for infrared diagnosis of heat insulation layer is offered.
