Optoelectronic feedback to adjust the driver current of pumping source is used to stabilize the output power of the all-solid-state green laser. The miniature all-solid-state green laser is temperature-controlled. Output power of the laser is monitored by a photodiode , and driver current is adjusted according to the corresponding control signal generated by a PI controller. The output power stability in 1 hour is better than±0. 25 % , and in 4 hours is better than ±0. 5 %.
