    文中根据SOFRADIR公司的320×240红外焦平面探测器的具体特点和技术要求,对关键偏压FID、VEBASAGE采用了专用的低噪声设计方法,取得了较好效果。相同测试条件下,驱动板噪声水平以及驱动出的图像质量均优于英国ISG公司同类探测器驱动板。

    Abstract:

    The paper introduces the special methods of reducing noise for the critical bias voltage FID,VEBASAGE according the special characteristic and technique request of 320×240 IR focal plane detector produced by SOFRADIR and good results are achieved.Under the same testing conditions,the noise level of the driver board and the image quality are better than the same kind driver board produced by ISG in Britain.
