文章综述了国内外大尺寸Nd:YAG，Nd:GGG，Yb:YAG晶体的发展概况，指出了我国优质大尺寸激光晶体研究进展及主要差距，展望了发展前景。

Abstract:

The development status of large size Nd:YAG, Nd:GGG and Yb:YAG crystals has been summarized. The research progress and the main problems to develop high quality and large size laser crystals in china are described. Finally, the development prospect is previewed.
