The vehicle flux signal was processed with the core of singlechip microcontroller. The infrared signal coming from launcher was received by infrared receiver microcontroller through the photoelectricity voltage characteristics of the infrared sensor. The signal was treated by singlechip microcontroller after demodulation. The singlechip microcontroller controls the CAN BUS controller to structure CAN BUS communication system to transmit the data. The techniques such as the way of electronic technology, single chip technology and CAN BUS technology are employed in this system. The total design and part of hardware/software design are given. The system can be applied to the equipment of industrial control,food processing and science research etc. It will be of broad applied prospects.
