Abstract:It is presented in this paper that a dynamical high accurate measurement project based on digital image process technology has been put forward, referencing to photoelectric imaging and digital image process technology, paying attention to the low efficiency and precision problem in the past. At the same time, according to the key problem in the measurement, a series of methods such as the self adaptive threshold segmentation based on gray lever average, the laser speckle center detecting based on center of gravity detecting, the demarcating circle detecting based on circle fitting etc, have been recommended. These methods are all effective and high accurate for the image process and image measurement, and a better effect has been gotten in the practical measuring system.
