    摘要:

    研制出系统有效口径Φ=300mm,扩束倍率β=30×,视场2ω=±1mrad,能在λ=0.532μm,0.6328μm,1.064μm三种波长下工作,主波长为λ=0.6328μm的激光扩束器。系统光学材料全部采用德国进口Schott熔石英玻璃,前组物镜焦距F=800mm,且为高次非球面。用干涉仪检测,系统最终面形误差峰谷值优于λ/7,均方值误差优于λ/50。

    Abstract:

    One laser beamexpander is developed with clear aperture Φ=300mm and magnification β=30,Visual field 2ω=±1mrad.It works at three kinds of wavelength.The major wavelength is λ=0.6328nm,the others are λ=0.532μm,1.064μm.All the glass elements are made of Schott fused silica.The frontobjective focal length F=800 mm which is high order aspherical surface.After measurement with interferometer,the wavefront error of system peak to valley (PV) is better than λ/7,root mean square (RMS) is better than λ/50.
