Infrared target detection with complex background is the emphasis and difficulty of research. On the basis of studying domestic and overseas algorithms, a new detection algorithm which aims at the moving target under the nonindependent and identically distributes case is put forward. The algorithm at first establishes GLR model and GALR model, on the basis of which the two main performances index——the frequency of false alarms and average detection delay are carefully analyzed and computed, at last a contrast between two models is made. The results of simulation show that the detection algorithm in low SNR environment is valid and feasible.
