    从金属薄膜材料的光热参数的热物性出发,利用具有人工黏滞的、自适应时间步长的前向差分算法,求解了电子和声子双温双曲两步热传导模型下的能量耦合方程,讨论了在100fs脉冲激光辐照下50nm金膜传热过程的微观机制。结果表明:电子热导率在传热过程中变化相对较大,采用常温下的值会高估其作用。热流迟滞项的引入使得电子热流出现双峰。在不同的激光强度下,电子热流的能量分布出现不同,但在电子温度梯度急剧增大的很短时间内热流变化不大。

    Abstract:

    An accuracy and stability forwarddifference scheme is presented for the solution of dualhyperbolic two temperature model.In this algorithm,one kind of artificial viscosities and adaptive time steps method is introduced.Taking a 50nm gold film as example,the temperature dependences of thermal properties and optical properties had been studied. The author′s primary researches are on the microcosmic course of heat transfer when a 50nm gold film is irradiated by 0.1ps laser pulse. The results indicated that the change of electron thermal conductivity is massive. Using the initial thermal conductivity will overvaluate its ability. Splitblip of electronic heat flux will appear,when lagging heat flux is considered. The distribution of electronic heat flux will be different under differential laser intensity. But during the progress of electron temperature rapid changing,the variation is not obvious.
