    摘要:

    文中对Nd:GGG晶体进行了光谱分析比较、显微观测及抗光损伤实验,讨论了晶体内部存在的色心吸收及弥散状散射对晶体抗光损伤的影响。通过采取新的生长工艺后克服了严重影响晶体抗光损伤的缺陷,得到了无色心吸收,无弥散状散射的Nd:GGG晶体抗光损伤阈值达到2GW/cm2以上。

    Abstract:

    The transmission spectra of the Nd:GGG crystal was analyzed. The particle inclusions in the Nd:GGG crystal were observed between crossed polarizers. The effect on the laser damage resistance of the absorptive colorcenter and the particle inclusions exist within the crystal was discussed. Through adopted appropriate growth technics, we achieved the Nd:GGG crystal without absorptive colorcenter and Iridium particle inclusions. The laser damage threshold reached above 2GW/cm2.
