In order to study that how to extract target′s movement features from the lidar returned signal of the rotation target,a point-scatter model for the micro-Doppler effect of rotation target was built,and the simulation was conducted,and the returned signal of rotation target in lidar was attained. To the question of poor readability when using conventional time-frequency analysis method,a reassigned method of time-frequency analysis was introduced to analyze the signal,better time-frequency characteristics was achieved,some movement parameters of the target were estimated,it confirms the validity of this method on using it to analyze the micro-Doppler signal induced by target rotation,and it laid a foundation for the recognition of rotation target by using the time-frequency characteristics of the radar returned signal.
