    摘要:

    文章针对红外热像仪在实际应用中非均匀性多点校正问题,选择了体积小、制冷迅速的半导体制冷器作为黑体参考源,并采用模糊-PID控制算法对参考源进行控制,设计出一种精度高、便于安装并且能够进行多温度点控制的小型黑体参考源。经过测试和分析,对黑体的稳定性、发射率和均匀性做出了客观的评价,表明了该设计具有较强的实用性。

    Abstract:

    Non-uniformity correction is important to the application of infrared cameras. In order to promote the development of this technology,a new design of small black-body reference with small bulk,high precision,broad temperature range and convenient installation characters is introduced. The design chooses small and efficient thermoelectric cooler as black-body reference and takes the arithmetic of fuzzy-PID. Through serious testing and analysis,objective evaluations are given to stability,emissivity and uniformity of black-body,which proved that this new design is quiet practical.
