    摘要:

    基于激光与生物组织相互作用的机理,建立了强激光辐照离体人皮肤组织的二维传热模型。对于Pennes生物传热方程,使用有限元法数值模拟了温度场分布。并利用连续激光对离体人皮肤组织进行辐照实验研究。实验表明:当激光辐照时间为6.83s时,皮肤组织发生热致汽化;当辐照时间为11.20s时,组织发生热致炭化;当辐照时间为25.30s时,组织发生热致燃烧,理论分析与实验结果相符。

    Abstract:

    This paper based on the interaction theory mechanism of laser-biotissue,the 2-D heat transfer model of laser-irradiated invitro human skin-tissue was established.Finite method was used to solve the numerical simulation results for temperature distribution for the Pennes′ bioheat transfer equations.Experiments about damage in invitro human skin-tissue irradiated by continuous laser are carried out.It is found that when the irradiation time reaches 6.83s,the heated evaporization is occurred.When the irradiation time reaches 11.20s,the heated carbonization is occurred.When the irradiation time reaches 25.30s,the heated combustion is occurred.The result of theoretical analysis exhibits good agreement with the experimental result.
