摘要:

介绍了新一代大面阵碲镉汞器件互连工艺中在碲镉汞器件芯片上的In柱生长技术，分析并试验了各种工艺手段的不同效果，最终选择了较为优化的In柱生长工艺条件。

Abstract:

A brief introduction to the In bump growth process on the MCT device was given in this paper.Some different kinds of process were discussed in it and the final recipe was given at last.
