摘要:

利用Hough变换的特性，把Hough变换应用到小目标检测系统中去，从理论上分析它的可行性，并通过仿真试验进行验证。

Abstract:

In this paper,Hough transform was applied to dim small target detection system,and it was proved in theory that the performance of this system can be improved after Hough transform used.At the same time this was verified by computer simulation.
