提出了一种使用单片机对半导体制冷器（TEC）进行高精度温度控制的方法。通过单片机采集TEC的温度，经过PID运算，发出控制脉冲，由可编程逻辑器件生成H桥的控制波形。通过对电流方向和导通时间的控制，达到对温度控制的目的。
The way that high density temperature control impacted on TEC by MCU application.TEC temperature is collected and accumulated by MCU usage,so as to produce control impulse after PID calculation.Then,H-bridge control waveform generated by CPLD.Finally good control of temperature owed to effect control of current direction and circulation time.
