主要介绍了双色碲镉汞红外焦平面阵列的应用需求和国外发展现状，对其工作模式、器件结构、器件制备的关键工艺技术、双色读出电结构进行了阐述说明。

Abstract:

This paper gives the state of application and development of double-color detector of MCT,further more,gives the work mode,structure,important technology of process of detector、the structure of read out integrate circuit.
