In view of the laser energy distribution changes when it transmits in the atmospheric turbulence on the surface of the sea,which affects the laser communication quality.This article simulates transmission of laser in atmospheric turbulence by the atmospheric laser communication channel model,analyses the atmospheric refractive index structure coefficient and the wave length of laser and the transmitting range affect the laser energy distributed,make numerical simulation of influence with MATLAB.The result indicated:Only considers the condition that atmospheric turbulence influences on the laser transmission,the wave length of laser have the material effect to the laser energy distribution.
