A solution of ASIC design which could implement calibration,correction and blind pixel replacement for non-uniformity of infrared focal plane array(IRFPA)is presented.First,the modified algorithm is introduced and verified.Then details of the architecture and “control structure” of the chip are described.Finally the solution is mapped to 0.25 μm process,and the performances such as “chip area”,“working frequency” are evaluated.This ASIC is very helpful to reduce the bulk of the detector system,and promote the reliability and stability of the detector system as well.
