This paper discusses design of the underwater laser fuze receiver system based on APD.Detection characteristices of APD are researched,and in this paper a few circuits of the receiver system are designed such as bias circuit,temperature compensation circuit and detector amplifier.In the end,this paper analyses simulation result.
