Abstract:Infrared thermal imaging non-destructive detection is a technology which is used for detecting the shape and defects within the object by using the temperature differences.In the processing of the detection,the influence of the thermal conductivity often makes image blurred because of the expanding of the defection′s edge,so the image displays without high-definition.Besides,infrared image takes the shortcomings of background thermal noise,fuzzy edge,the low image quality,small size of defects and so on.This article takes the method of morphology to make pretreatment before image processing and analysis,meanwhile comparing with the traditional pretreatment.At the same time,this article puts forward the method of tracking and rotation to detect the edge of image.The results of experiment showed that it can remove noise effectively,detect the details has accurate localization and high efficiency.
