    摘要:

    采用形态学处理方法对所采集到的图像进行预处理,并与传统的预处理方法进行比较;同时提出了运用旋转跟踪法检测图像边缘的算法。结果显示这些方法能够有效地去噪、检测图像中的细节,定位准确、效率高。

    Abstract:

    Infrared thermal imaging non-destructive detection is a technology which is used for detecting the shape and defects within the object by using the temperature differences.In the processing of the detection,the influence of the thermal conductivity often makes image blurred because of the expanding of the defection′s edge,so the image displays without high-definition.Besides,infrared image takes the shortcomings of background thermal noise,fuzzy edge,the low image quality,small size of defects and so on.This article takes the method of morphology to make pretreatment before image processing and analysis,meanwhile comparing with the traditional pretreatment.At the same time,this article puts forward the method of tracking and rotation to detect the edge of image.The results of experiment showed that it can remove noise effectively,detect the details has accurate localization and high efficiency.
