In infrared focal plane array readout IC design,its nonlinearity has become more and more important.The nonlinearity of ROIC is the key to generate non-uniformity,which affects the sensitivity of the detector and limits the use range of detectors.In this paper,the nonlinearity of ROIC is studied and the impact of non-linear circuit element by the amplifier gain and integral capacitance is analysed.By analyzing the source structure with the row-election circuit,a unity-gain differential amplifier with negative feedback circuit is put forward to improve the circuit linearity.
