    摘要:

    针对导弹探测制导光源的特殊应用,通过对材料的选择、膜系的设计和工艺参数的优化,采用电子束真空镀膜及离子辅助沉积的方法,成功的在光纤端面为50 μm的口径上镀制减反射膜。研究了膜层的应力匹配和低温镀膜时膜层的牢固性,并给出了光纤端面测试前后结果的实例对比图和曲线。在以YAG激光器为光源的系统中,当激光器的工作电流为2000 mA时,光纤的输出功率比未镀膜时提高了5%,能够承受激光光源的照射和恶劣的环境测试,达到了使用要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the special application of light source for missile detection and guiding for,by materials choosing,film designing and process parameters optimization,using electron-beam vacuum coating and ion-assisted deposition technique,the anti-reflective film is plated successfully on the optical fiber end whose diameter is 50 μm.By studying the film stress matching and the film fastness when low-temperature coating,and the examples comparison charts and transmittance curves were given before and after fiber end coating.In the system which light source is YAG laser,when the laser′s operating current is 2000 mA,the fiber power is improved by 5% compared with the un-coating fiber;the fiber can withstand the irradiation of laser sources and the poor environmental testing,reaching to the using requirements.
