    摘要:

    为了提高空间相机机身的结构刚度和稳定性,本文针对机身的装配环节进行了研究,通过制定合理的装配方法和装配工艺,提高了机身的力学性能、减小了装配应力和装配变形,保证了机身结构的刚度和稳定性。文中介绍胶接装配方法及其相对于传统机械连接法的优势,对胶接法的装配精度进行了分析,并进行了装配实验。装配结果表明,胶接法的装配变形可以控制在0.01 mm以内。文中还对胶接装配的接头形式、黏接剂选用、表面处理和胶层厚度等黏接要素进行了分析和试验,制定了合理的胶接工艺保证各黏接要素符合要求。最后对装配后的机身进行了力学和热学

    Abstract:

    Frame structure was needed to provided a stable basic to the aerial remote camera,and it could be influnced directly by the links of assemble.In order to get a high accuracy and good stablity frame structure,assembly stress shoule be reduced.The principle of mechinery connected method and the cementecl were introduced,on the basic of the structure of a camera and the request of assemble were explaned shortly.Two methods were adopted,and the results of them were analyzed.It showed that the assembly distort of mechinery connected method is about 0.03mm~0.04mm,while the assembly distort of cementecl could be controled less than 0.01mm.Both of them could be used in assemble,but cementecl may reduce assembly stress and improve the accuracy and the stablity of frame better.
