Objection:Compare the temperature difference of infrared thermography between the sub-healthy of chest distress and chest stuffiness.Method:The subjects according to the results of a questionnaire survey and physical examination group，were divided into health groups，sub-health groups and disease groups.All subjects were collected infrared thermography，and comperd the temperature.Result：Disease group and sub-health group in infrared thermography in the average temperature showed lower than the healthy group.Comparison of the average temperature of each group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Infrared thermography of the sub-health state has a diagnosis of chest tightness，and can be used as auxiliary diagnostic chest stuffiness.
