This paper is based on the low-noise A/D converter chip AD9929 which is made by Analog Device Company.After studying the chip′s working principle and characteristics deeply,we had completed the corresponding information acquisition and process system by using the 1024-pixel CCD linear detector.Experiment results showed that the information acquisition and process system was highly integrated and cooperated well with the detector.The design method of the system could be used as a reference application for the same kind of low-noise AD converters.
