A digital method of fabricating holographic lens based on parallel laser direct writing technology was introduced.After theoretically simulating off-axis holographic lens,the digital image of holographic strips was got.According to the optical parameters of the parallel laser direct writing system,the simulated image of holographic lens was scaled down and exposed based on merging technology.An off-axis holographic lens with the area of 3.1 mm×3.1 mm was got.The minimum space period is 1.1 μm.The focal length is 6.2 mm and the first diffractive angle is 5.9° at the wavelength 532 nm.This is an effective new method for fabricating holographic lens.
