    摘要:

    用适当波长的激光器,对红外成像系统进行干扰,是光电对抗领域的一个研究热点。本文采用波长为10.6 μm的CO2脉冲激光器,通过漫反射板反射激光能量到320×240多晶硅非制冷焦平面红外热像仪,进行激光干扰红外成像系统的实验。通过实验,得到了红外热像仪的饱和辐照阈值,并通过理论分析,推导出在一定距离上,使红外热像仪发生饱和干扰情况所需的激光能量值。

    Abstract:

    It′s a hotspot to study the IR imager′s saturation and jamming effect by a laser with proper wavelength.Jamming experiment and analysis are introduced in the paper.The laser is a pulsed CO2 laser with a wavelength of 10.6 μm.The IR imager is a 320×240 FPA uncooled imager.Laser was transmitted onto a diffuse plane,the laser was reflected to the imager.By adjust the density of the laser and process the image recorded by the imager,the saturation threshold was tested.By a general analysis,the laser power needed to jam a IR imager in a certain range was calculated.
