    摘要:

    采用打孔取芯新技术去除掺镱芯棒石英表皮,有效地解决了大模面积掺镱光子晶体光纤有源区面积难以增大的难题,提高了加工的精度与效率;采用加压拉丝新技术,解决了光子晶体结构容易变形的问题,得到了完整、规则的双包层光子晶体光纤。最终制备出纤芯直径70 μm的光子晶体结构大模面积有源光纤,并实现了激光输出。

    Abstract:

    On account of the problems existed preparing technology of large mode area Yb-doped PCF,drill getting core new techniques was application to remove the quartz skin of Yb doped core in this work.The new technology makes the processing precision and efficiency improved,Yb-doped core processing technical problems solved and Yb-doped area increased.Due to structure of PCF is instability,pressure control technology was adopted in this work to get the structural integrity and the rules of double cladding photonic crystal fiber.Finnally,rare-earth-doped photonic crystal fiber with 70 μm core diamter has been prepared successfully and realized the laser output.
