    根据高精度二轴跟踪系统的光学方案,设计了跟踪架中的四通结构。基于有限元法,应用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对其进行了负载情况下的静力学分析;运用协方差法计算库德光路光轴偏角及各个反射镜镜面偏转。结果表明:只考虑四通自重和芯部静载荷情况下,俯仰角由-90°~+90°变化时,四通经轴线上的最大变形量呈正弦曲线变化,最大为3.19 μm,满足设计指标要求;由结构变形引起的库德光路光轴偏角最大为6.90″,满足系统精度要求。采用平行光管实测光轴偏角,与分析结果基本吻合,说明结构设计合理,分析所得数据正

    Abstract:

    Based on the optical scheme of a two-axis tracking system with high precision,the structure of the four-way body in tracking mount was designed.With finite element MSC.Patran/Nastran software,the linear static analysis of the four-way body was finished.Using a covariance method,surface deflection angles of three reflectors were calculated.The analysis results show that:given the self weight of the four-way body and inner static load,when the pitch angle changes from -90° to +90°,the maximum displacement of the horizontal axis reaches 3.19 μm,which meets the design index;the deflection angle of optical axes caused by structural deformation arrives at 6.90″ increasingly,satisfying the technical index.The results match with experimental data from collimator measurements,indicating the rationality of structural design and the correctness of analysis data.
