The RGB are basic element in organic light-emitting display for information.At present,the deficiency of efficient blue phosphorescent materials restrain a rapid application of organic light-emitting device in information display.The paper reviewed the recent progress of Iridium(Ⅲ) complex for blue light-emitting and concluded the main design concepts.More importantly,the paper illustrated the relation between the molecular structure and light-emitting performances as far as possible.We hope this article will help to design of more efficient blue phosphorescent materials.
